Hello! Thank you for your patience. All shipping issues have been solved with minor updates.
1. Unfortunately, international shipping will no longer have tracking. I was hesitating if I should just remove international orders, but I thought it would be better the keep it. Thank you for your understanding. I know the amount they charge for international shipping became unreasonable. I don't think it's an option.
Please contact me if ever you really need tracking!!
2. All US and Canada orders will have tracking.

Hello! Thank you for supporting me!
The service I am using for shipment is currently having trouble with the tracking. They said the problem will be resolved soon but they did not give me any precise date yet! I was wondering if you wish to wait for a bit so I can ship your order along with shipment since the remaining options are very expensive to ship. I could also ship your order now but it will be without tracking! Please let me know which option you would like! Thank you again!!!

Free Montreal pick-up is available!
Orders are shipped every Saturday.
All orders include tracking except US orders for smaller items (stickers, buttons and charms).
The tracking number will be communicated after the shipment.
The time it may takes will depend on the destination and of the time of the year.
The shipping fee will vary depending on the total weight of the goods. Combine orders to save on shipping rates!
If a major adjustment shall be made with the shipping rates, an email will be send to the customer before the shipment of the order. The customer can choose to cancel the order or to pay the extra fees that is required for shipment of the order.
